Preventing cancer is easier than you may think. Through simple lifestyle changes, we can reduce our risk of developing many types of cancer. The American Cancer Society recommends exercising 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for cancer prevention. If you follow the exercise you can find it out that it will workout.
Make Walking a Regular Exercise.Walking has got health benifit (to prevent cancer), and could prevent many disease such as cancer. What you want to do is go out for a walk daily insted of using treadmill. It should be careful to take walk on the 'safe' side walk or park or where ever if it is safe., you can listen music use head phone etc.. I request you to make the walking a family event ot get the benifit of sustaining high immune and preventing from disease like cancer.

Yoga is a greast stress reliever (cancer treatment methord) If you haven't attend it before or never done youga i recommed it to start it soon as a beignners, you need not to think about it not flexible by attending regular class t will work for your way. Once you learn the basic you can practice it from your home itself according to your free time (prevent cancer)..
Practice Dancing
It is highly recommanded that dancing is one of the most fun way to meet fitness goals in one's life. Better to join a dance class or practice from your private room, or can go to a club. So try a dance class learn salsa, ballroom dancing or even the meringue what every it may there are so many types of dance to learn, so it will function our body algoritham in the right way and keep us high immune so you body can't go wrong.
Practice Rollerblading
By doing Rollerblading it is very good for cardiovascular and works out all muscle of the body dont think about it isn't just for the kids. Take proper precautionary metarial like helmet, knee pad, elbow pads, and have a go at rollerblading worry if you don't get it at first, the regular practice will make you perfect.
